A second-order circuit has been presented in Fig. 1. Given the source voltage and the component values, it is possible to obtain the solution at least in three ways. These are:

• Solution using Differential equation
• Solution using the Laplace Transforms and the transformed circuit.
• Solution using the state variable approach and the Laplace transform.
